An Android application that allows you to modify the default TTL (Time to Live) value. Root access is required.
CNCMAN provides two simple scripts (.sh for Linux, .bat for Windows) that change the system TTL value. The default is set to 65, a value often discussed online because it compensates for TTL decrements introduced by routing, tethering, or intermediate hops.
