- Updated eslint dependency from ^9.39.2 to 8.57.0 in package.json.
- Removed autoRenameAttachment check in rearrangeAttachment method of ArrangeHandler to allow manual rearrangement of attachments. Fix for issue [Bug] - "Rearrange All Linked Attachments" does nothing unless Automatically rename attachment is enabled #173.
- Changed language detection to use moment.locale() in i18n module.
- Updated English and Chinese translations for autoRename feature description for clarity.
