Filharmonia update

This release fixes a critical issue with the syllable count – v.0.2 would count the genetive, dative and locative -ii ending of word forms such as "filharmonii" as two separate syllables, when in fact they represent a single one. This has been fixed in all functions of the Kokosznicka class.

A mistake list was also added in ./tests/ for easy tracking.

kokosznicka now handles affixes and exceptions in semivowel formation. Besides that, a major bug was fixed that rendered semivowel detection useless if letter case was different than expected.
