I think, forking ros-builder-action is not a good idea. Moving it to ros-o makes more sense.
@v4hn, @jspricke: Do you have any subsections?

Edit: I just now noticed a misunderstanding. @tokoro10g referred to the ros_babel_fish repo when asking for a fork, while I understood to fork the ros-builder-action repo.
