I made this because while using the Unitree Lidar SDK, I found that the example code provided in the SDK( non ROS) was only giving me IMU data or sometimes providing the cloud data and then stop, so this is for only cloud data(3D points) receiving and parsing.
This works if you exchange it with the example code as 'example_lidar_udp.cpp'
