- Add demo.yaml: demonstrates basic stickydisk lifecycle (create, use, delete)
- Add demo-docker.yaml: demonstrates Docker build cache with stickydisk deletion
- Both workflows run on blacksmith-staging runner
- Showcases useblacksmith/stickydisk@v1 and stickydisk-delete@v1 actions

Replace complex Node.js Dockerfile with a simple Alpine-based hello world to avoid dependency installation issues during the demo.
- Show all docker images for debugging - Prevent grep from failing the workflow if image is not found - Add fallback message if image has different tag
