This proxy service can be used to allow a lagoon-remote to be configured with some defaults like
ssh.lagoon.svclocally for internal SSH access.If the lagoon-remote is configured with an ssh-portal, then the ssh-portal is presented locally as this
ssh.lagoon.svcservice, otherwise it will create a deployment that does a proxy to the lagoon-core ssh service.This allows remotes and tasks to be configured in a way that allows for easily configured tasks without needing to remember the hostname for the ssh service when communications are internal to the cluster.
