test: test file input upload selector without id

• Related bug: userEvent.upload error - locator.setInputFiles: Timeout 899ms exceeded. #8646

This PR uses the local build of the following PR to verify fix.

• fix: fix aria role generation of input[type="file"] sheremet-va/ivya#6
