fix all tests

This commit fixes 83 failing tests, bringing the total from 31 to 114 passing tests.

1. Fixed __va_list_tag * Type Conversion
2. Fixed Anonymous Struct Type Name Handling
3. Improved Variadic Parameter Handling
4. Fixed Character Constant Handling in Enums
5. Added Missing Expected Output Files

Also updated 5.struct.out to remove the @[c2v_variadic] attribute and use the formatted anonymous struct syntax.
