This PR proposes one more demo of the Weaviate use.
What does your app/demo do?:
The demo showcases how to use Weaviate to define a schema, ingest data, and perform data analysis queries based on the defined schema.
How Has This Been Tested?
It was tested using a custom cloud Weaviate Cluster and printing corresponding results to the console.
