I think that we should be a little more general and not so prescriptive, otherwise we limit our scope and flexibility. How about something like: "WindingTree seeks to disrupt established real-world service marketplaces across industries including, but not limited to, travel, ticketing, and the sharing economy." |

I think with respect to "e-commerce platforms", I would argue that if something like this were included, it would be expansionary in reference to the scope of "real-world services", ie. Amazon as an e-commerce platform is more about selling products / goods, and not services (with the exclusion of AWS). |

I understand that "canonical" isn't the most straightforward word, but what I really like about "canonical" is that it's the "origin", or "the source of truth". Recognized I don't think accurately conveys this intention. Can you think of another word?
