Duplicates existing Zod Schemas into Effect schemas for Effect Schema migration process.
Next steps include prepping and swapping out all the rest of the zod schemas currently being used in preparation for Astro v6 (Attempting to avoid having to relearn zod when we already use Effect now... 😅
