Description

Add uilib-native to the monorepo

Move `lib` to `uilib-native`
Change the `uilib-native` dependency in `react-native-ui-lib` to `workspace:*`
Change the `build` to take into account the new location (do not change the target to `uilib-native` as it will affect the npm package.
Ignore `console.error` as `LogService` is not available in `uilib-native`; we can consider adding a util for it but not as part of this PR.
