[Woo POS][Refunds] Enable feature flag for release builds

Description

This PR switches pointOfSaleRefundsi1 to true, so POS refunds are available in release builds.

Test Steps

1. In Xcode's Edit Scheme > Build Configuration > Switch to Release
2. Run the app
3. Go to POS > Orders > select a completed order > Observe the refund button appears.
4. Feel free to process the refund
