@PycKamil thanks for your PR! I would imagine that this would work with no issues - and the reason it uses sudo is probable because when this was written, back a few versions of OS X, the required permissions were different.
Unfortunately, I can't test this PR myself for the new few weeks. So I'll leave my approval here but I'll need to test this before merging it.
If someone else could test this meanwhile, that'd be really appreciated! 🙏

Hi,
can we Xcode without sudo privilege? I don't see how this is useful. Tested it on my machine and it works just fine.
