For people who have set their Automatic Import Directory to the same location as their Default Mod Export Directory (for example, people who want a single staging directory, or who want to cloud-sync their PCP export directory with friends), this prevents exported mods and PCPs from being automatically reimported. I'm not sure about the relevance of turning this new behavior off, but just in case, I've offered a new setting for it.
