Setup and Installation

  1. Clone the repository
  2. Go to the working directory
 cd medicine-reminder
  1. Create and activate a Python Virtual Environment

    python -m venv .venv

    For Windows:

    .venv\Scripts\activate

    For Linux:

    source .venv\bin\activate
  2. Install the required dependencies:

    pip install -r requirements.txt
  3. Set up your environment variables:

  4. Create a .env file in the project root

  5. Add your Google API key in te .env file:

    GOOGLE_API_KEY=<your_api_key_here>

To run the application:

streamlit run app.py

Navigate through the application using the sidebar menu to access different features such as medicine schedule management, reminders, and voice interactions.
