Currently aws backup not works well with some s3 compatible object storages like aliyun oss, (boto/botocore#3307)
This commit set aws profile via AWS_PROFILE_CONTENT environment, for more configs to aws cli
also, set accelerate endpoint via LOGICAL_BACKUP_S3_ACCELERATE_ENDPOINT, for PUT only accelerate endpoints
