Calculate similarity between different samples using VCF format varaint data for IBS/IBD analysis.
Calculate similarity of target samples and query sample by window.
If the query and target samples are not in the same VCF file, please try windowed_similarity_sep.pl
Infer the nearest target sample(s) to the query sample for each window.
