UHF-11329 Visual regression and chart refactor

What was done

• Added the embedded content cookie compliance functionality to Chart media type.
• Use allow attribute in embedded content if available.
• Skip the HDBT cookie banner element when testing scenarios.
• Removed customised styles for the helfi_chart specific cookie consent warning.

How to install

• Check instructions from: UHF-11329 Chart refactor drupal-helfi-platform-config#899

How to test

• Check that the Chart, Map, Remote video and Journey planner shows the embedded content cookie disclaimer in visual regression tests.
• Check that the Chart functionality works as before, see: UHF-11329 Chart refactor drupal-helfi-platform-config#899
• Check that code follows our standards
