Sample files?

At the moment no sample/test files found online yet. Samples can be generated from avmenc (https://gitlab.com/AOMediaCodec/avm). I will try generate sample that contains as many elements as possible and you can also use avmenc yourself. The spec is not finalized yet so still some issues with values of colour metadata and uncertainty about filling the profile as mentioned in the related issue.
