Remove data types from the field values and add them as comments.
Delay logic was set to mock server before. This commit fixes the issue by setting the delay logic to live server.
Add a note to wherever delay (i.e. runtime:sleep(delay)) is used in test.bal to explain why it is there and how to change the value of it in runtime through the Config.toml file.

Purpose
This PR updates the module documentation by fixing an issue found in a example readme, adds comments in test.bal file and fixes a logic issue in test.bal
