Fixes/improvements

Functional:

• "Quality Inspection Nos." in the Setup page, tooltip mentions Nos. in the template, which does not seem to exist
• Made Quality Management actions in documents less promoted -> move under Functions
• Error Handling: GetLastErrorText() Called without ClearLastError()

Performance:

• QltyManufacturIntegration - Nested Loops with Multiple RecordId Queries, improved
