Replaces the public S3 bucket URL (https://tiger-cli-releases.s3.amazonaws.com) with the new CloudFront URL (https://cli.tigerdata.com).
Additionally, moves the
install.shscript andlatest.txtfiles to the root of the S3 bucket, instead of nesting them in aninstalldirectory. As a result, the new URL for the install script (after this is merged and I trigger a real release) will be: https://cli.tigerdata.com/install.sh ✨CC @nickstamat
