SHUTDOWN on your own outer node will shutdown the operating system (and possibly your computer?).

SHUTDOWN on an Object will halt the present object`s code...

SHUTODNW on another's node will send a PANIC message to the object's owner. This is to request the owner's help and initiate a dialog...?
