2.23 Field of work (P101)
The property "field of work" (P101) gives editors the opportunity to model the type of research expedition. It is possible to have multiple statements about the different fields of work undertaken by a particular research expedition.
This property works well with the “has goal” (3712) property which can be used for more specific statements. This property can be used for describing the type of activities undertaken by the expedition eg has goal - plant collecting or alternatively more general goals of the expedition eg has goal exploration qualified by statements such as the location where that exploring is taking place.
