2.37 Depicted by (P1299)
The property "depicted by" (P1299) can be used to link a research expedition item to a notable artistic creation e.g. a painting, sculpture, film etc that has its own Wikidata item. See this example the British Arctic Expedition which is depicted by the painting Captain Markham's most northerly encampment.
The artwork item should itself have a reciprocal "depicts" (P180) statement and/or a “main subject” (P921) statement (if appropriate) linking the artistic creation item to the expedition item.
